1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IRYEE application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You will not: • Post false or misleading information • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to manipulate match results or ratings • Use the App for any commercial purposes without authorization • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Match Participation

When you join a match or tournament, you agree to: • Attend at the scheduled time and location • Notify organizers promptly if you cannot attend • Behave respectfully towards all participants • Accept the final scores and results as recorded • Provide honest ratings of other players

5. Payments & Refunds

Match fees and tournament entry fees are processed through our secure payment system. Refunds are available only if: • The match is cancelled by the organizer • You cancel at least 24 hours before the match • Technical issues prevented your participation

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on the App. By posting, you grant IRYEE a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App's services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

IRYEE is not responsible for: • Injuries during matches • Disputes between users • Loss of personal belongings • Venue-related issues Participation in football activities carries inherent risks.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
